How I work
It has been and always will be about the customer, whether that’s making sure users can complete their tasks easily or cleaning up and refining a deck before it reaches a prospect. On every project I work on, I remember the formula: 1 bad comment = 10 good ones.
I ask questions. Every piece of information is a dot to be connected, and if I can’t make a connection, I’ll ask. I tend to pick up on what others overlook. After I joined one high-level call with execs and our scientists, the President asked the CTO to keep me on the weekly call. That’s how I ended up in Product.
While I’ve been a team of one for most of my career, I’m all about collaboration. I love working creatively with others and bouncing ideas around. It helps the project, and it can spark new ideas and build camaraderie. My bosses would often bounce their ideas off me.

Interview Ace and Talent Select AI: wireframes, specs, prioritization against an anchor customer, and an outside development team.
Built the marketing sites for three products in Webflow, including the rebrand. Edited the blog, shaped messaging, produced video.
Custom WordPress theme for a 10× content expansion, SEO‑friendly and faster than competitors. Still in production. Managed a junior dev.
Landing pages and WordPress sites for large tech clients; ran Act‑On and Pardot for the agency and its clients.
Loan web app: pre‑application from an hour‑plus to ten minutes. User stories, design, code, and a small team to mentor.
Social campaign websites for Pepsi (Super Bowl), Doritos, and American Girl.
Offer‑management panels, mobile apps, and in-store UX for Follett and Sears.
Helped build the hosting control panel used for over a decade. Sites, branding, video, and a small design team.
